PE Bulletproof Helmet Molding Steps:
(1) Cutting: Cut the weft-free fabric of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber or film into circular sheets and laminate them.
(2) Helmet blank preparation: The weftless cloth circular sheets obtained in step (1) are laminated and cold-pressed in a mold to obtain a helmet blank.
(3) Preform preparation: Place the helmet blank in the preform mold, gradually shape the helmet blank, and gradually trim excess material on the outer edge of the blank.
(4) Preparation of molded parts: Put the preform obtained in step (3) into a mold to shape the preformed helmet, take it out after cooling, and obtain a semi-finished helmet.
(5) The semi-finished helmet is processed through trimming, painting, hanging, and other processes to obtain the finished helmet.
