Stamping is a kind of processing with high efficiency, low consumables and low operating technical requirements. Stamping is not only used in large-scale manufacturing but also used in many other aspects (such as watches’ 80% parts are stamping).

The most two critical things of Stamping are stamping die and stamping equipment. Relatively to say,however, operation technology is not so important.
Stamping die, in popular terms to say, is the use of stamping “template”, a template can only stamp out a kind of stamping part, different types of stamping die need to be choosed according to different size, material and shape of the stamping parts.
Stamping equipment: stamping equipment is actually the so-called press. Stamping is to exert external force to plate, strip, pipe and profile to make it produce plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the required shape and size of the workpiece (stamping) forming processing method. As you can imagine, the required force for stamping can only be pressurized by large machinery, which requires a press. There are many types of presses. The most common is hydraulic press: a machine that uses hydrostatic pressure to process metal, plastic, rubber, wood, powder, etc. It is often used in pressing process and pressing forming process, such as: forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, sheet drawing, powder metallurgy, pressing and so on. Hydraulic press is divided into hydraulic press and hydrostatic press.
