Cold Extrusion Hydraulic Press

A hydraulic cold extrusion press is a kind of equipment that implements the extrusion molding process. Mainly used for extruding and forging metal materials, such as upsetting, drawing, drilling, bending, stamping, plastics, etc.

Extrusion molding technology is to put the metal blank into the extrusion die cavity. And at a certain temperature, apply pressure to the blank through the punch fixed on the cold extrusion hydraulic press, so that the metal blank is plastically deformed, and the parts are processed and formed. According to the processing technology classification, it can be divided into cold extrusion and hot extrusion equipment. According to the classification of equipment structure, it can be divided into frame hydraulic cold extrusion press and four-post cold extrusion hydraulic press.

Performance and Characteristics of Cold Extrusion Hydraulic Press:

1) The cylinder is integrally cast and has high structural strength. The cylinder is precision ground and has a high surface gloss. High reliability and strong impact resistance in high-pressure environments. It is especially suitable for the metal extrusion molding process, fully meeting the pressure required for the extrusion process. The nominal force of the master cylinder has a variety of options from 1000KN to 10000KN.
2) The maximum working pressure of the main cylinder liquid can be maintained at 22MPa. On this basis, the oil pump load is reduced and the service life of the oil pump is improved. Reduce hydraulic vibration, reduce oil temperature, and maximize equipment stability.
3) The equipment adopts a two-speed mode. The main cylinder adopts a piston machine mother cylinder structure, with sub-cylinders embedded in the main cylinder. The small cross-sectional area facilitates the rapid lowering of the master cylinder when oil is low.
When the main cylinder is close to the product, the sub-cylinder stops working and the main cylinder is quickly formed. The mother cylinder is used for rapid prototyping, low no-load power consumption, fast mold clamping, and lowest power consumption. Equipped with an intelligent sensing system and adaptive mode, it can realize dual-speed fast control modes such as single motor dual system, single motor single system, dual motor dual system, and multi-system.

4) The cold extrusion hydraulic press adopts a large diameter, interpolated control valve, strong oil flow capacity, large flow rate, small pressure loss, and high reliability.
5) The three-beam plate is formed by CNC one-time precision processing. The length of the guide column of the movable beam plate is twice that of the ordinary guide column. It has strong anti-eccentric load capacity, good stiffness, and a double-nut structure, which is not easy to loosen.
6) Choose non-contact relay control export to make the system response time short and service life long. Eliminates the lagging response problem of electrical components caused by residual magnetism of traditional relays.
7) Select the actuator-PLC to adjust the loading path and control the molding process through the intelligent human-computer interaction interface.
8) There are two options: with pulling out the mold and without pulling out the mold. The main cylinder has a large return force for pulling out the mold, which facilitates separation from the deeply extruded workpiece. The return trip after pulling out the mold is fast, saving space and time.

A hydraulic cold extrusion press is suitable for extruding metal materials, such as stepped shafts, discs, gear parts, thickness, length, drilling, bending, etc. It is especially suitable for the extrusion and casting process of aluminum products, and can also realize the forming, shallow drawing, and shaping of metal or non-metal parts.
